Are 100% of your positions 100% right 100% of the time? Of course not. So, don’t be obtuse and unbending: be willing to compromise.

Don’t get me wrong. I’m not saying everything is amenable to compromise. We all have core principles and ethics which we should never bend on.  But not every opinion is a core principle.  Not every situation is non-negotiable.
